Complete rosters must be submitted BEFORE the first game of the season.
You may add to your roster until completion of your 3rd game for the 8 game season. After that time rosters are frozen. If you have any additions to your roster by the 3rd game, please update your roster and provide an updated copy to Stampede before the beginning of the 4th game. Rosters will be kept on file. It is YOUR responsibility to submit an updated roster if you have additions. Additionally, NO non-staff persons will be able to access the roster books.
Any addition to the roster after the 3rd game will need to be approved by Alex Montville, Clarke Hutchinson or Rick Byrd.
Rosters must include all players that have participated or will participate during the season. Players may roster on two different teams only if those teams are playing in different leagues (i.e., a player on U-9 Black Division boys team also playing on a U-10 Green Division boys team). Girls may play in the boys divisions, but boys may not play in the girls divisions.
Stampede Player Cards will be checked every game, make sure that every player is listed on the official roster.
Teams that use players not on the team's roster or players that play on the same league with another team will lose the game (0-3 Forfet) in favor to the opposing team.
